NO Smoking of any kind allowed inside. NO Vapeing allowed inside. You may smoke outside only.
There is a fee for heating the Pool- $150 per day October 1- April 15. April 16 -September 30- $100 a day. Heating takes 8+ hours. Maximum pool temp is 82 degrees. No charge for heating the Hot Tub.
NO Parties or Events.- Having guests over not included in your reservation is a party. If you would like to have guests over, please ask.
No filming or photo shoots allowed- ask for rates.
No Cats. We will consider 1 dog on a case by case basis. Max 35 lbs. $150 pet fee. Reach out before booking please.
This is a very family-friendly home. We live here 20% of the time so the house has everything you need to feel right at home.
We have a RING doorbell and cameras on the exterior of the home for added security.
